Serves 2
Ingredients
3 medium potatoes, boiled and peeled
1 atta dough
1 tsp salt
1/3 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/3 tsp garam masala
1/3 tsp jeera powder
1/2 onion, chopped
1 green chilli, chopped
1tsp ginger paste
2 tbsp oil
Instructions
Firstly, mash the boiled potatoes in a bowl and onion, green chillies and ginger paste to it.
Now add all the spices and salt and form a soft dough.
Put the tawa or pan on medium flame.
Take a small atta dough ball and roll it into a small circle.
Then stuff the filling of potatoes (1 tbsp) and pinch all the sides together in the centre.
Now roll it evenly on all sides and make a parantha.
Once the tawa is hot, put the parantha on the tawa and let it cook slightly from one side and then flip it to the other.
On the cooked side apply some oil and then flip it again. Apply some oil to the other side too and press it on all sides and centre to cook evenly.
Once both the sides look red and crunchy, take it on a plate and serve hot with some butter and fresh curd.
