Banana Oats Cookies | Vegan, Gluten-Free & Dairy-Free | 3 Ingredients Only!

These are the easiest and the healthiest banana oats cookies that you will ever make! Just mix in all the ingredients and bake yourself the most delicious and wholesome Banana Oats Cookies.


Makes 15 Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats

  • 2-3 tbsp Banana Vanilla Jam, by Pep N Pure

  • 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven or OTG at 180˚C for 15 minutes.

  2. Grind 1 cup oats coarsely and transfer to a bowl.

  3. Add 2-3 tbsp of All Natural Banana Vanilla Jam and dark chocolate chips. Mix them well.

  4. Knead it into a stiff dough and refrigerate for 15 minutes.

  5. After 15 minutes, take out the dough and roll it evenly into a big circle and cut out cookies using a knife or cookie cutter.

  6. Bake them at 180˚C for 20 minutes.

  7. Fresh and healthy Banana Oats Cookies are ready!
