Give a healthy twist to your suji coconut laddoos with the richness of beetroot! Made the super delicious and yummy Beetroot Suji Coconut Laddoos!
Makes 12-15 Laddoos
Ingredients
1 tsp elaichi powder
1 cup semolina or suji
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
2 tbsp ghee
1/4 cup lukewarm milk
1 tbsp pistachios, chopped
2 tbsp beetroot grinded with 1 tbsp milk
Instructions
Heat 2 tbsp ghee in a pan.
Add suji or semolina and roast it well till it turns light brown and aromatic.
Once roasted, transfer it to a bowl.
Add desiccated coconut, sugar, milk and elaichi powder. Mix them well.
Divide this into half and add beetroot milk to one part.
Take a small portion of each part and roll them together with your hands to form laddoos.
Garnish them with chopped pistachios.
Your Beetroot Suji Coconut Laddoos are ready!
