These Whole Wheat Eggless Pancakes are what dreams are made up of! They are so fluffy and can be made sugar-free with some jaggery powder! Can't wait to dig into these Blue Velvet Pancakes!

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp white vinegar
1 3/4 cup whole-wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/8 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup brown sugar/ jaggery powder/ white sugar
1/3 cup hot water
1/4 cup vegetable oil/ olive oil
1 tbsp blue food colour
Instructions
In a bowl, add milk and vinegar to make buttermilk. Rest for 5 minutes.
In a separate bowl, add maida, baking powder, and baking soda. Add cocoa powder and brown sugar, mix it well.
Add the milk mixture into the dry ingredients.
Add in the hot water and vegetable oil.
Mix all the ingredients gently to get a nice pancake batter.
On a non-stick pan, add about 2 tbsp of the batter. Add some oil on the sides and top. Let the pancakes cook slowly on a low flame. When you see bubbles, flip the pancakes carefully.
Serve with chocolate sauce and fresh fruits.
