Crispy and super healthy carrot kebabs are an easy snack option that you can make for breakfast or snacks and are loved by one and all.
Makes 10-12
Ingredients
4 carrots, grated
2 tbsp vanilla custard powder
2-3 green chillies, chopped
Salt to taste
1 tbsp coriander leaves chopped
2 tbsp all purpose flour or maida
4 boiled potatoes
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp red chilli powder
oil, for frying
For Coating:
Custard Powder, 1 tbsp mixed in 1/8 cup water
1 cup Bread Crumbs
Instructions
Heat oil in a deep pan or kadhai.
In a bowl, add grated carrots, mashed potatoes, all the spices, custard powder, maida, green chillies and coriander leaves.
Now mix it well to form a soft dough.
Take a small portion of it and roll it with the palm of your hands to form a kebab.
Dip the kebab in custard powder and water mix and then roll over the bread crumbs.
Deep fry on medium flame until golden brown and then transfer to a parchment paper.
Enjoy the crispy carrot kebabs with mint chutney!
