  • 1 tsp sugar

  • 2 tbsp oil

  • 1/2 cup lukewarm water

  • 1 tsp active dry yeast

  • 1 tsp red chilli flakes

  • 1 tsp oregano

  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese

  • 1 capsicum, sliced

  • 1 onion, sliced

  • 1 tbsp black olives

  • 1 tomato, sliced

  • 3 processed cheese cubes

  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, take 1/2 cup lukewarm water (not hot).

  2. Dissolve sugar in it and add dry yeast.

  3. Keep it aside for 30 minutes.

  4. After 30 minutes, bubbles will start forming, which means your yeast has activated.

  5. Preheat the oven or OTG at 200˚C for 15 minutes.

  6. In another bowl, take 3 cups maida, add 1 tbsp oil and add salt to it.

  7. Pour the yeast and water mixture to this and knead the dough for 10 minutes until smooth and soft.

  8. Cover and keep it aside for 1-2 hours.

  9. After 2 hours, the dough will double in its size.

  10. Punch the dough and knead it again for 5 minutes.

  11. Divide it into 4 parts and roll each part into a ball.

  12. Using your fingers, stretch each dough ball in all directions to form a round pizza base.

  13. To the first dough ball, add 3 shredded processed cheese cubes.

  14. Cover this with another pizza base and pinch the edges to seal it.

  15. Apply some pizza sauce on top and garnish it with all the vegetables.

  16. Drizzle some grated mozzarella cheese, oregano and chilli flakes.

  17. Grease the baking tray and sprinkle some dry flour over it.

  18. Bake the pizza at 230˚C for 20-25 minutes.

  19. Your delicious Cheese Burst Pizza is ready to be served.
