Ingredients
1 cup milk
1 tbsp maida or all purpose flour
1 tbsp salted butter
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp salt
1-2 tbsp mozzarella cheese, cut into cubes
Instructions
In a pan, heat butter and once it begins to melt, add maida to it.
Once the maida has cooked well for about a minute, add milk to it while continuously stirring.
Let it boil and thicken and then add salt and pepper powder to it.
Finally add in the cheese and cook till the cheese melts completely.
Once the cheese has melted, transfer it to a bowl and use it as a dip or sauce.
Tip: The complete cooking has to be done on low flame.
Can be stored for upto 3 days in the refrigerator.
