Ingredients
1 tbsp butter
1.5 tbsp maida or all purpose flour
1 cup milk
1.5 tsp salt
1/2 tsp red chilli flakes
1/2 cup corn
10-12 spinach leaves, blanched and chopped
2 tbsp pizza sauce/topping
4 bread slices
Instructions
In a pan, add butter and saute maida in it.
Then slowly add milk, stirring continuously so that no lumps are formed.
As it begins to thicken, add corn, salt, spinach leaves and chilli flakes and transfer to a bowl.
Take one bread slice and apply some pizza sauce to it. Take the other slice also and apply pizza sauce to it.
Now on one side add the corn spinach cheese filling and close with the other slice.
Toast the sandwich on a pan till both sides are reddish brown.
Also you can add some sesame seeds on top for that additional factor.
Your spinach cheese corn sandwiches are ready!
