Choco Chip Cherry Cookies are my personal favourite! Made with fresh cherries, because they are in season and some other simple ingredients! This eggless choco chip cookies recipe is so simple yet so tempting, so try it out today!
Makes 16 cookies
Ingredients
1/2 cup salted butter, softened
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar, powdered
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 cups all purpose flour or maida
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
25 fresh cherries, pitted
2 tbsp milk
1/2 cup choco chips
Instructions
In a bowl, mix butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar and whisk them till light and fluffy.
Now sieve through all purpose flour, baking soda and baking powder. Mix them well.
Add vanilla essence, cherries and choco chips.
Finally add milk and knead the dough together to form a ball.
Preheat the oven at 200˚C for 15 minutes.
Scoop out a ball from the cookie dough and place it on the baking sheet.
Bake the choco chip cherry cookies at 180˚C for 18-20 minutes.
Let them rest outside for another 15 minutes.
