Ingredients
10 pineapple rings, cut into halves
100 gms dark chocolate
Some chopped nuts
1 tbsp desiccated coconut
Instructions
Melt the dark chocolate using a double boiler method or in a microwave using 10 seconds intervals.
Cut the pineapple rings into halves.
Dip each half partially in melted dark chocolate and then roll over some chopped nuts or desiccated coconut.
Place a skewer inside each pineapple stick.
