Makes 25 Cookies
Ingredients
3.5 cups whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon powder
1/2 tsp cloves, grounded
1/2 tsp ginger powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup oil
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup honey
1 cup pumpkin puree
1 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla essence
oil, for greasing
1/2 cup dark chocolate ganache
Instructions
Preheat the oven or OTG at 180˚C for 15-20 minutes.
In a bowl, mix all the wet ingredients and whisk them well.
Sieve through the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
Combine gently using a spatula to get a sticky dough.
Cover and refrigerate it for 30-35 minutes.
Scoop out cookies on a baking tray lined with greased parchment paper.
Bake them at 180˚C for 25-30 minutes.
Let them cool completely.
