Chocolate-Dipped Pumpkin Cake Pops | Topped with Dark Chocolate Ganache | Eggless

Christmas special chocolate-dipped Pumpkin Cake Pops are so dreamy and divine! Try them out and share with us too!



Makes 25 Cookies

Ingredients

  • 3.5 cups whole wheat flour

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 2 tsp cinnamon powder

  • 1/2 tsp cloves, grounded

  • 1/2 tsp ginger powder

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/4 cup oil

  • 3/4 cup brown sugar

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

  • oil, for greasing

  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate ganache

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven or OTG at 180˚C for 15-20 minutes.

  2. In a bowl, mix all the wet ingredients and whisk them well.

  3. Sieve through the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.

  4. Combine gently using a spatula to get a sticky dough.

  5. Cover and refrigerate it for 30-35 minutes.

  6. Scoop out cookies on a baking tray lined with greased parchment paper.

  7. Bake them at 180˚C for 25-30 minutes.

  8. Let them cool completely.

  9. Thanksgiving special Chocolate-dipped Pumpkin Cake Pops are ready!
