Making the perfect chocolate mousse is not less than an art, but not so difficult when you know how to make it.

Ingredients
100 gms dark chocolate compound, chopped
100 gms whipped cream
some sprinklers, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Melt the chopped dark chocolate compound using the double boiler method or in a microwave at 30 second intervals, till it has melted completely.
Now using the cut and fold method, mix together the melted chocolate and whipped cream, till it has a smooth texture.
Put 3 scoops of your chocolate mousse in a glass and top it with some chocolate shavings or sprinklers.
