Chocolate Mousse | Eggless, Soft & Smooth

Making the perfect chocolate mousse is not less than an art, but not so difficult when you know how to make it.

Serves 3

Ingredients

  • 100 gms dark chocolate compound, chopped

  • 100 gms whipped cream

  • some sprinklers, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Melt the chopped dark chocolate compound using the double boiler method or in a microwave at 30 second intervals, till it has melted completely.

  2. Now using the cut and fold method, mix together the melted chocolate and whipped cream, till it has a smooth texture.

  3. Put 3 scoops of your chocolate mousse in a glass and top it with some chocolate shavings or sprinklers.

  4. Relish the true flavours of chocolate mousse.
