Chocolate Pumpkin Pie Loaf | 2-layer Chocolate and Pumpkin Bread | Eggless

Another Halloween treat that is so soft and smooth that it is very hard to resist. The creamy Chocolate Pumpkin Pie Loaf.



Makes 12 Tarts

Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp ginger powder

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree

  • 3 flax eggs

  • 1/3 cup brown sugar

  • 1.5 tsp cinnamon powder

  • 1/4 tsp cloves, grounded

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

  • 3/4 cup whipping cream

  • 1 cup all purpose flour or maida

  • 2 tbsp milk

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • oil, for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven or OTG at 180˚C for 15-20 minutes.

  2. In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, flax eggs, ginger powder, brown sugar, salt, grounded cloves, cinnamon powder, whipping cream and vanilla essence.

  3. Sieve through the all purpose flour, baking powder and baking soda.

  4. Add 2 tbsp milk and mix gently to form a smooth batter.

  5. Grease a cake/bread tin and pour the batter.

  6. Bake it at 180˚C for 40-45 minutes.

  7. Halloween-special smooth and creamy, Chocolate Pumpkin Pie Loaf is ready!
