Coconut Laddoo | Nariyal Ke Laddoo | Instant Coconut Laddoo | 4 Ingredients Only

Coconut Laddoo or Nariyal Ke Laddoo is my most favourite Indian Dessert to have when I'm craving something sweet!


Makes 18-20 Laddoo

Ingredients

  • 3 cups coconut, shredded

  • 200 gms condensed milk

  • 2 tbsp ghee

  • 1/2 tsp elaichi or cardamom powder

  • Few almonds, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan and add shredded coconut in it.

  2. Add condensed milk and stir it continuously for 2-3 minutes.

  3. Now add ghee and elaichi powder and cook on a low-medium flame till the water dries up and the laddoo dough leaves the sides of the pan.

  4. Turn off the gas and transfer the dough to a bowl.

  5. Now using your hands roll it into round balls or laddoos.

  6. Slit the almonds into halves and press each half gently on each coconut laddoo.

  7. The super-soft, moist and fresh coconut laddoos are ready!
