Coconut Water Fruit Popsicles | No Added Sugar | Healthy Snacks

These coconut water fruit popsicles is what a fitness lover's dreams are made up of! They are high on potassium, low on sugar and fat-free!


Makes 5

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut water

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 1 cup mango cubes

  • few tutti fruiti

  • 1 tsp roohafza or rose syrup

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, add coconut water and honey and mix them well.

  2. Fill the popsicle mould with mango cubes and tutti fruit upto 2/3 of its capacity.

  3. Now pour the coconut water and set it to freeze for an hour.

  4. After an hpur, add few drops of rose syrup or roohafza to each mould and allow it to set for 4-5 hours.

  5. The delicious coconut water fruit popsicles are ready!
