Coriander Mint Chutney | Hari Chutney | Pudina Chutney | Without Curd

Easiest and most delicious Coriander Mint Chutney, that you can enjoy with pakoras, sandwiches or just add it to your chaat or bhel!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup coriander leaves, chopped

  • 1/2 cup mint leaves, chopped

  • 3 green chillies, finely chopped

  • 1 lemon juice

  • 2 tsp salt

  • 2 tsp sugar

  • 1 inch ginger

  • 2-3 garlic cloves

  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala

Instructions

  1. Blend everything together to a fine chutney or paste.

  2. Mint chutney is an excellent accompaniment with so many snacks and appetisers. Keep it in the refrigerator for upto 5 days.
