Easiest and most delicious Coriander Mint Chutney, that you can enjoy with pakoras, sandwiches or just add it to your chaat or bhel!
Ingredients
1 cup coriander leaves, chopped
1/2 cup mint leaves, chopped
3 green chillies, finely chopped
1 lemon juice
2 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
1 inch ginger
2-3 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp chaat masala
Instructions
Blend everything together to a fine chutney or paste.
Mint chutney is an excellent accompaniment with so many snacks and appetisers. Keep it in the refrigerator for upto 5 days.
