Delicious Paneer Discs are so healthy and tasty that everyone loves it!
Makes 4 Discs
Ingredients
For Filling:
1/2 cup homemade paneer, crumbled
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1 tbsp cheese sauce
1 cup mixed vegetables (corn, capsicum, onion), chopped
1 tbsp pizza topping or sauce
For Kulcha:
8 bread slices
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
2 tsp oil
1 tsp black sesame seeds
1 tsp chilli flakes
Instructions
In a bowl, mix together paneer, cheese sauce, vegetables and pizza topping/sauce.
Add salt and pepper and your filling is ready.
Now using small bowl or katori cut out 8 big circles from your bread slices.
Using a small cap or bowl, out of these 8 circles cut a circle out from 4 of them.
Now brush the bigger circles with some oil and place the rings on top of them.
Put the filling in the centre, add some grated cheese on top and garnish with blacks sesame seeds and chilli flakes.
Heat a deep pan and apply some oil to it.
Cover and toast the discs on the pan for 2-3 minutes on low flame or till the cheese melts.
Serve hot with tomato ketchup and a chilled mocktail.
