Creamy, tasty and delicious Duchess Potato Tarts, are a complete party starter!
Serves 4
Ingredients
5-6 potatoes, boiled and mashed
1 cup milk
1 tsp salt or to taste
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
12 canopies or tarts
Instructions
Preheat the oven or OTG at 180˚C for 15-20 minutes.
In a bowl, add the mashed potatoes and milk. Whisk it well.
Add oil, salt, pepper, oregano and chilli flakes. Mix them well.
Make a smooth batter using a blender.
Transfer the batter into a piping bag.
Place a greased parchment paper on a baking tray.
Pipe potatoes batter on the tray in circles.
Bake them at 180˚C for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown.
Thanksgiving special Duchess Potatoes are ready!
Serve them in tart shells or canopies, garnished with some mint leaves.
