Duchess Potato Tarts | Thanksgiving Special | Potato Recipes

Creamy, tasty and delicious Duchess Potato Tarts, are a complete party starter!


Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 5-6 potatoes, boiled and mashed

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 tsp salt or to taste

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder

  • 1/2 tsp oregano

  • 1/2 tsp chilli flakes

  • 12 canopies or tarts

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven or OTG at 180˚C for 15-20 minutes.

  2. In a bowl, add the mashed potatoes and milk. Whisk it well.

  3. Add oil, salt, pepper, oregano and chilli flakes. Mix them well.

  4. Make a smooth batter using a blender.

  5. Transfer the batter into a piping bag.

  6. Place a greased parchment paper on a baking tray.

  7. Pipe potatoes batter on the tray in circles.

  8. Bake them at 180˚C for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown.

  9. Thanksgiving special Duchess Potatoes are ready!

  10. Serve them in tart shells or canopies, garnished with some mint leaves.
