December is here & so is my favourite season of lots of desserts! Kicking off the Christmas cheer with a full-proof Eggless Cookies Recipe! Using this recipe you can create so many variations that are so easy to make!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup salted butter, soft
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon milk, if needed
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
Method:
Whisk the softened butter and sugar together for 2-3 minutes, until well combined.
Add in vanilla essence and mix well.
Add in sifted all purpose flour and combine to form a dough.
Add a little milk if needed.
Chill the prepared dough in the fridge for 20 minutes, between a butter paper.
After 20 minutes, roll the dough and using a cookie cutter, shape it as you like.
Bake these butter cookies in a preheated oven, at 180˚C for 10-12 minutes, until you see golden edges.
Once baked, transfer them immediately to a wire rack and let them cool completely.
Store in an air-tight container and enjoy unto a month.
