Eggless Christmas Cookies | Butter Cookies

December is here & so is my favourite season of lots of desserts! Kicking off the Christmas cheer with a full-proof Eggless Cookies Recipe! Using this recipe you can create so many variations that are so easy to make!




Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup salted butter, soft

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 cup all purpose flour

  • 1/2 teaspoon milk, if needed

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence

Method:

  1. Whisk the softened butter and sugar together for 2-3 minutes, until well combined.

  2. Add in vanilla essence and mix well.

  3. Add in sifted all purpose flour and combine to form a dough.

  4. Add a little milk if needed.

  5. Chill the prepared dough in the fridge for 20 minutes, between a butter paper.

  6. After 20 minutes, roll the dough and using a cookie cutter, shape it as you like.

  7. Bake these butter cookies in a preheated oven, at 180˚C for 10-12 minutes, until you see golden edges.

  8. Once baked, transfer them immediately to a wire rack and let them cool completely.

  9. Store in an air-tight container and enjoy unto a month.
