Hazelnut flavour Panna Cotta that will surely remind you of Ferrero Rochers, here's the super chocolaty Ferrero Rocher Panna Cotta!
Serves 6
Ingredients
For layer 1:
2 cups milk
1/8 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup powdered sugar
3 tsp nutella
30 gms dark chocolate, chopped
1/2 tsp agar agar
For layer 2:
2 cups milk
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup powdered sugar
5 tsp nutella
60 gms dark chocolate, chopped
1/2 tsp agar agar
For garnish:
6 hazelnuts, caramelised
3 ferrero rochers, slit into halves
Instructions
For the first layer, in a pan whisk milk with cocoa powder, sugar, Nutella and agar agar.
Boil the mixture, while continuously whisking.
After it begins to boil, simmer it for 2 minutes and add in the dark chocolate.
Cook till it completely melts.
Then take off from the gas and pour it into greased silicon moulds.
They will be filled halfway through.
Refrigerate it for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, repeat the same process for the second layer.
Pour the second mixture over the first layer and let it set for 6-8 hours in the fridge.
After it has set completely, invert the moulds to get a smooth panna cotta.
Garnish it with caramelised hazelnuts and chopped Ferrero Rocher.
