A quick and healthy no-bake dessert that you can easily make when you have guest coming over, The Eggless Granola Tiramisu!
Serves 4
Ingredients
1 cup Mascarpone Cheese
1 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup dark chocolate granola
10-15 Oats biscuits
1 cup lukewarm water
2 tbsp instant coffee powder
Cocoa powder, to dust
Instructions
In a bowl, add mascarpone cheese, whipping cream and powdered sugar.
Whisk it well for 5 minutes to get a smooth consistency and soft peaks.
Keep it aside.
In a baking dish or serving glass, make the first layer by dipping the biscuits in coffee syrup and placing them at the bottom.
Then add a layer of prepared cream.
Top it with a layer of granola and then another layer of cream.
Dust some cocoa powder on top and its ready to serve.
