Eggless Granola Tiramisu | No-Bake Dessert

A quick and healthy no-bake dessert that you can easily make when you have guest coming over, The Eggless Granola Tiramisu!


Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Mascarpone Cheese

  • 1 cup whipping cream

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate granola

  • 10-15 Oats biscuits

  • 1 cup lukewarm water

  • 2 tbsp instant coffee powder

  • Cocoa powder, to dust

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, add mascarpone cheese, whipping cream and powdered sugar.

  2. Whisk it well for 5 minutes to get a smooth consistency and soft peaks.

  3. Keep it aside.

  4. In a baking dish or serving glass, make the first layer by dipping the biscuits in coffee syrup and placing them at the bottom.

  5. Then add a layer of prepared cream.

  6. Top it with a layer of granola and then another layer of cream.

  7. Dust some cocoa powder on top and its ready to serve.

  8. Quick and easy, no-bake Granola Tiramisu is a great dessert for parties and get-togethers.
