These cutesy Granola Chocolate hearts are a healthy and sweet snack that you may want to eat in between meals! Make them and store them in the refrigerator for a week.
Serves 15
Ingredients
2 cups granola
1 cup pitted dates
Pinch of salt
1/2 cup chocolate ganache
Instructions
Coarsely grind pitted dates.
In a bowl, add granola, dates and salt and mix them to form a sticky mixture.
Refrigerate it for 10-15 minutes.
Using a cookie cutter, make granola-dates hearts and top it with some dark chocolate ganache.
