Ingredients
3 tbsp pizza sauce
1/2 cup paneer cubes
1/2 cup corn
1/2 capsicum, finely chopped
1/2 onion, finely chopped
4 bread slices
1 tbsp butter
Instructions
In a bowl, mix pizza sauce with paneer cubes, capsicum, onions and corn.
Take a bread slice, apply some butter on it and put on the paneer filling. Close it with another slice.
Apply some oil in the griller or toast maker, put the sandwich in and apply some oil on the top side.
Grill the sandwiches and enjoy them with some mint chutney or tomato ketchup.
