Homemade Chocolates | Butterscotch Chocolate | Mixed Nuts Chocolate | Paan Chocolate

Making chocolates at home is super easy and you just need 3 ingredients for it.


We begin making homemade chocolates by melting dark chocolate compound using a double boiler method and then add essence and filling to it. Just that and let it freeze and delicious homemade chocolates are ready!


Makes 45

Ingredients

  • 250 gms dark chocolate

  • 1 tbsp chopped nuts

  • 1 tbsp butterscotch nuts

  • 1 tbsp gulkand

  • 2-3 drops vanilla/butterscotch/rose essence

Instructions

  • Melt the dark chocolate using a double boiler method or in a microwave using 10 seconds intervals.

  • Add 2-3 drops of essence to it. Mix well.

  • Pour 1/2 tsp melted chocolate into each chocolate mould.

  • Over it, add just a few chopped nuts/butterscotch nuts/ gulkand and cover with some more melted chocolate.

  • Tap the mould on the surface to even out the chocolates and keep in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

  • After 30 minutes, de-mould your Homemade Chocolates and indulge in these small packages of happiness!
