Making chocolates at home is super easy and you just need 3 ingredients for it.
We begin making homemade chocolates by melting dark chocolate compound using a double boiler method and then add essence and filling to it. Just that and let it freeze and delicious homemade chocolates are ready!

Ingredients
250 gms dark chocolate
1 tbsp chopped nuts
1 tbsp butterscotch nuts
1 tbsp gulkand
2-3 drops vanilla/butterscotch/rose essence
Instructions
Melt the dark chocolate using a double boiler method or in a microwave using 10 seconds intervals.
Add 2-3 drops of essence to it. Mix well.
Pour 1/2 tsp melted chocolate into each chocolate mould.
Over it, add just a few chopped nuts/butterscotch nuts/ gulkand and cover with some more melted chocolate.
Tap the mould on the surface to even out the chocolates and keep in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, de-mould your Homemade Chocolates and indulge in these small packages of happiness!
