Hot Chocolate | Using Dark Cocoa Powder By Indian Natives

Make yourself the most rich and dark Hot Chocolate with this quick and easy recipe and enjoy it on a cold rainy day.

Serves 5

Ingredients

  • 4 cups whole fat milk

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate

  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

  • 2 tbsp cornflour + 2 tbsp milk

Instructions

  1. Boil milk in a pan.

  2. Add cocoa powder, sugar, dark chocolate and vanilla essence and whisk it well till there are no lumps.

  3. Add 2 tbsp cornflour in a bowl and add 2 tbsp milk to it.

  4. Blend it well and add to the boiling hot chocolate.

  5. Simmer cook for 5 minutes till it thickens and serve it hot.
