Ingredients
4 cups whole fat milk
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup dark chocolate
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp cornflour + 2 tbsp milk
Instructions
Boil milk in a pan.
Add cocoa powder, sugar, dark chocolate and vanilla essence and whisk it well till there are no lumps.
Add 2 tbsp cornflour in a bowl and add 2 tbsp milk to it.
Blend it well and add to the boiling hot chocolate.
Simmer cook for 5 minutes till it thickens and serve it hot.
