How To Make Custard At Home? | Vanilla Custard Recipe

Making Custard at home is a little tricky but if done right it is one of the easiest and most delicious dessert.


Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 500 ml + 1/4 cup milk

  • 4 tbsp sugar

  • 3 tbsp custard powder

  • Some chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. In a pan, boil the milk. Add sugar to the milk.

  2. While the milk boils, in a cup take some milk and mix 3 tbsp custard powder. Stir it to remove all lumps.

  3. Once the milk has boiled, reduce the flame to low and slowly add in the custard paste, while continuously stirring.

  4. Cook for about it minute, till the custard thickens.

  5. Transfer to a bowl and let it cool down.

  6. Serve your Vanilla Custard chilled withs hem fresh fruits or chopped nuts.
