How To Make Moong Sprouts Easily At Home?

Making moong dal sprouts has never been easier! You can store the moong sprouts in an air-tight container for a week too, in the refrigerator. They are one of the best breakfast alternatives for vegetarians.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup green gram or moong dal

  • 2.5 cups water

Instructions

  1. Wash the green gram or moong dal throughly and soak it in water for 7-8 hours.

  2. Drain off the water after 7-8 hours and wash again.

  3. Take a dry and clean kitchen towel, and wrap the moong dal in it. Keep it overnight.

  4. Moong Dal Sprouts are ready! Enjoy as a salad or as a cheela!
