350 gms any dairy-free whipping cream
10-12 ice cubes
Instructions
Take out your whipping cream from the freezer and keep it in the refrigerator at least 24 hours prior to whipping it.
Take a bowl and fill it with some ice cubes.
Now place a bowl for whipping the cream over it and pour the cream into it.
Now using a ballon or hand whisk, whisk it in one direction for 15-20 minutes.
After 15 minutes, you will get the medium peaks and after 20 minutes, the most perfect whipped cream, perfect to frost your cakes!
