Ingredients
1 bowl boiled rice
1 bowl boiled potato, onion, green chillies mix
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp jeera or cumin powder
1 tbsp pasta sauce/tomato sauce
1 tsp garam masala
1 tbsp chaat masala
oil, for frying
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix rice and potato mixtures and make a soft dough by mashing using hands.
Now to this add salt, garam masala, black pepper powder, chaat masala and pasta sauce and form a dough.
Heat the oil in a kadhai. Make small balls or cutlets and fry them on each side till golden brown.
Sprinkle some chaat masala and serve with tomato ketchup. Kids will love them!
