Enjoy the richness of mangoes and the freshness of banana with this delicious mango banana smoothie.


Makes 2 glasses

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen mango, chopped

  • 1 frozen banana chopped

  • 3/4 glass milk

  • 1/4 glass curd or plain yogurt

For topping:

  • 2 tsp chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Blend all the ingredients together to a smooth shake.

  2. Pour it into a glass.

  3. Top it with nuts.

  4. Enjoy the fresh and healthy mango banana smoothie!
