Makes 1 Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
1 frozen mango, chopped
1 frozen banana chopped
1 glass milk
1/2 glass curd or plain yogurt
For topping:
1/2 mango, sliced
1 banana, chopped
1 tsp chia seeds
2 tsp chopped nuts
Instructions
Blend all the ingredients together to a smooth shake.
Pour it into a bowl.
Top it with your favourite fruits, berries, nuts and chia seeds.
