Mango Banana Smoothie Bowl | Healthy Breakfast

Makes 1 Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen mango, chopped

  • 1 frozen banana chopped

  • 1 glass milk

  • 1/2 glass curd or plain yogurt

For topping:

  • 1/2 mango, sliced

  • 1 banana, chopped

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

  • 2 tsp chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Blend all the ingredients together to a smooth shake.

  2. Pour it into a bowl.

  3. Top it with your favourite fruits, berries, nuts and chia seeds.

  4. Enjoy the fresh and healthy mango smoothie bowl!
