Makes 5-6 pieces
Ingredients
3/4 cup mango pulp
3/4 cup milk
5-6 pistachios, crushed
1 1/2 cups desiccated coconut
1/3 cup sugar
A pinch of elaichi powder
Instructions
Heat a pan and add mango pulp in it. Cook it for about 5-7 minutes.
Add desiccated coconut and mix it well till it leaves the sides.
Now add milk and cook the coconut in it for about 5-7 minutes.
Finally add in some elaichi powder and remove the pan from the stove.
Line a tray with some butter paper and transfer the barfi batter to it. Using a knife evenly distribute it.
Let it cool down in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour and then cut the barfi pieces as you like.
Enjoy the sweet mango barfi.
