Mango Barfi | Mango Coocnut Burfi | 6 Ingredients Only



Makes 5-6 pieces

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup mango pulp

  • 3/4 cup milk

  • 5-6 pistachios, crushed

  • 1 1/2 cups desiccated coconut

  • 1/3 cup sugar

  • A pinch of elaichi powder

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan and add mango pulp in it. Cook it for about 5-7 minutes.

  2. Add desiccated coconut and mix it well till it leaves the sides.

  3. Now add milk and cook the coconut in it for about 5-7 minutes.

  4. Finally add in some elaichi powder and remove the pan from the stove.

  5. Line a tray with some butter paper and transfer the barfi batter to it. Using a knife evenly distribute it.

  6. Let it cool down in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour and then cut the barfi pieces as you like.

  7. Enjoy the sweet mango barfi.
