Mango Coconut Laddoo | Mango Laddoo | Mango Desserts

Mango Desserts are endless and so is my love for them! Here's presenting one of the easiest and the quickest mango dessert to make, the mango coconut laddoo!


Makes 18-20 Laddoo

Ingredients

  • 3 cups coconut, shredded

  • 200 gms condensed milk

  • 2 tbsp ghee

  • 1/2 tsp elaichi or cardamom powder

  • 1 cup mango pulp

  • Few almonds and pistachios, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan and add shredded coconut in it.

  2. Add condensed milk and stir it continuously for 2-3 minutes.

  3. Now add ghee, elaichi powder and mango pulp and cook on a low-medium flame till the water dries up and the laddoo dough leaves the sides of the pan.

  4. Turn off the gas and transfer the dough to a bowl.

  5. Now using your hands roll it into round balls or laddoos.

  6. Garnish the mango coconut laddoo with some chopped pistachios and almonds.

  7. The super-soft, moist and fresh mango coconut laddoos are ready!
