Want to eat the softest, yummiest and absolutely creamiest mango dessert? Then you must try the mango fudge.
Serves 4
Ingredients
1 cup mango pulp
2 cups milk powder
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 tsp cardamom or elaichi powder
Almond flakes, cashew nuts & crushed pistachios, for garnish
Chocolate ganache, for garnish
Instructions
Heat a pan and add mango pulp in it. Cook it for about 5-7 minutes.
Add sugar and then add milk powder and mix them together. Cook for another 7-8 minutes.
Add elaichi powder and switch off the gas.
Now transfer the mango fudge to bowls or to a glass tray and allow it to settle. Keep it in the refrigerator for 1 hour and your delicious mango fudge is ready to eat!
You can garnish it with almond flakes and crushed pistachios and top it with some cream or chocolate ganache.
