Mango Lassi Kulfi | Mango Rose Kulfi | Mango Desserts

Serves 5

Ingredients

For mango kulfi:

  • 1 cup ripe mango pulp

  • 1/2 cup or 125 ml plain curd or yogurt

  • 1/2 cup or 125 ml water

  • 4 tbsp condensed milk

  • Few drops of yellow food colour, optional

For rose layer:

  • 2 tbsp roohafza or rose syrup

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • Few drops of red food colour, optional

  • Chopped nuts, for garnish

Instructions

  • Firstly for the mango lassi kulfi, blend together the mango pulp with curd, water and condensed milk. Add a few drops of yellow colour and freeze them in kulfi moulds for 3-4 hours..

  • For the second rose layer, in a bowl take 1/2 cup milk and add roohafza or rose syrup to it. Add a few drops of red food colour and keep aside.

  • After 3-4 hours, when the mango layer has frozen completely, add the rose layer and freeze for 6 hours more.

  • Roll it over some chopped nuts and your mango lassi kulfi with rose layer is ready!
