Delicious mango dessert to make in the mango season with only 5 ingredients!
Ingredients
1 cup hung curd
1 cup mango puree
2 tbsp saffron infused milk
1/4 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp chopped pistachios
few mango slices, for garnish
Method
In a bowl, whisk the hung curd until smooth.
Add saffron infused milk, mango puree and powdered sugar and mix well.
Add some chopped pistachios.
Garnish with some chopped mangoes and serve chilled.
