Makes 20 Muffins
Ingredients
3 tbsp salted butter
4 tbsp oil
3/4 cup condensed milk
1/3 cup powdered sugar
3 tbsp curd or plain yogurt
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup suji or semolina
1 1/4 cup maid or all purpose flour
1/2 cup milk
Oil, for greasing
For chocolate layer:
2 tbsp cocoa powder
Instructions
In a large bowl, add 3 tbsp each of butter, oil and curd and mix it well. Then add condensed milk to it.
In a small bowl, take 1 tbsp oil and add baking powder and baking soda to it, mix it well.
Add the baking powder and soda mix to the main bowl and add vanilla essence and milk to it.
Now add in the dry ingredients, powdered sugar, maida, suji and whisk it gently to form a smooth batter.
Take 5 tbsp batter in a separate bowl and add 2 tbsp cocoa powder to it. Mix it well.
Pour 1 tbsp batter to each muffin mould and add 1 tsp chocolate batter on top of each. Swirl it using a toothpick or knife.
Preheat your oven or OTG at 200˚C for 15 minutes and bake at 180˚C for 15 minutes.
Your marble muffins are ready!
