Masala Papad | Roasted Papad | Papad Cones

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp roasted peanuts

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder

  • 1 tsp jeera powder

  • 1 tbsp chaat masala

  • 1 cucumber, finely chopped

  • 1 tomato, finely chopped

  • 1-2 onions, finely chopped

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 2 papad, divide into half each

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except the papad and keep it aside.

  2. Roast half of the papad on a tawa. Once roasted on both sides, fold it and place it in a short glass.

  3. The add the salad mixture made above. Sprinkle some chaat masala on top and serve immediately before it turns soggy.
