Ingredients
2 tbsp roasted peanuts
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp jeera powder
1 tbsp chaat masala
1 cucumber, finely chopped
1 tomato, finely chopped
1-2 onions, finely chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 papad, divide into half each
Instructions
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except the papad and keep it aside.
Roast half of the papad on a tawa. Once roasted on both sides, fold it and place it in a short glass.
The add the salad mixture made above. Sprinkle some chaat masala on top and serve immediately before it turns soggy.
