Ingredients
2 tbsp besan or gram flour
1/4 cup water
1 onion, finely chopped
1 potato, finely chopped
1 green chilli, finely chopped
1 capsicum, finely chopped
1 carrot, finely chopped
1 tsp coriander leaves
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp jeera powder
1/3 tsp garam masala
1/3 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp chaat masala
Instructions
Mix besan and water and form a batter of medium consistency.
Then add all the chopped vegetable and add more water if needed.
Add spices and salt and whisk well.
Heat a tawa or a pan on high flame.
Once it is hot, lower the flame and pour 1 tbsp of the batter and spread it evenly on the tawa.
Now add 1 tsp olive oil on the sides and let it cook on medium flame.
Flip the side slowly and cook on the other side now. Add 1 tsp of oil more. Gently press and allow it to cook for at least 2-3 minutes on low-medium flame.
Now reverse the side and when both sides look cooked, take it out
You may cook 3-4 mini pancakes in one go.
