Mini Uttapam | Mini Vegetable Uttapam

Bite-sized Mini Uttapam are every child's dream food as they are so colourful and easy to eat! Make it for your kids and enjoy a bite or two with them!


Makes 8-10 Mini Uttapams

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dosa batter

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tomato, chopped

  • 1/2 carrot, finely sliced

  • 1/2 capsicum, chopped

  • 1/2 onion, finely sliced

  • 2 green chillies, finely chopped

  • 2 tsp oil

  • 1 cube paneer, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, add chopped paneer slices. Add some salt and red chilli powder and mix well.

  2. Heat a pan and add 1 tbsp batter.

  3. Apply some oil on both sides of the uttapam.

  4. Add your desired vegetables and toppings on to the uttapam and cook well from both sides using some oil.

  5. Take it out on a plate and serve with sambhar and tomato chutney.
