No-Bake Paan Oreo Tart | Quick Dessert Recipes

I've always been a huge fan of tarts and they always fascinate me. So here is my version of the no-bake Paan Oreo Tart, which is so yummy and creamy! One slice and you just won't stop, so make yourself the very easy Paan Oreo Tart today!


Serves 5

Ingredients

  • 2 cups oreo or any chocolate biscuits, coarsely chopped

  • 3/4 cup melted butter

  • 1 cup whipping cream

  • 4-5 paan leaves, chopped

  • 3-4 tbsp gulkand

  • 2-3 drops green food colour

  • 1 tbsp cornflour, optional

  • 2 tbsp chocolate shavings, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a grinder, add 2 cups of oreo biscuits and grind them coarsely.

  2. Reverse them into a bowl and add melted butter to it. Mix it well.

  3. Now to a cake or tart mould add the biscuit filling and make the base by pressing it evenly all over.

  4. Keep this in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

  5. For the whipped cream, take a bowl filled with ice and over it place a bowl for whipping the cream.

  6. Add 1 cup cream and 1 tbsp cornflour and whisk it till you achieve soft peaks.

  7. Grind the chopped paan leaves and 2 tbsp cream to get a paste.

  8. Add the paan leaves paste to the whipped cream and add gulkand.

  9. Finally add in 2-3 drops of green food colour and mix it well.

  10. Take out the cake tin with the biscuit base and transfer the whipped cream over it. Even it out using a spatula and keep it in the fridge for another 30 minutes.

  11. De-mould the tart and garnish with some dark chocolate shavings.

  12. Devour the delicious No-Bake Paan Oreo Tart now!
