A super delicious and indulgent dessert to make, the No-Bake Peanut Butter Cheesecake, filled with three divine layers of oreo, cream cheese and chocolate ganache!

Ingredients
20 oreos biscuits, cream removed
5 tbsp melted butter
200 gms cream cheese
1/2 cup powdered sugar
3 tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup whipping cream
2/3 cup chocolate ganache
1 tsp agar agar powder
1/4 cup lukewarm water
Almond slivers, for garnish
Instructions
For the first cookies layer, remove the cream from oreos and crush them coarsely in a grinder.
Add melted butter, mix well and line the mixture at the bottom of a tart mould, lined with parchment paper.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
In a bowl, add cream cheese, whipping cream and powdered sugar and whip it for 5 minutes till soft peaks are formed.
Add vanilla extract, peanut butter to the cream cheese batter. Mix well.
In a bowl take lukewarm water, add agar agar and mix well.
Add the agar agar mix to the cream cheese batter.
Now add this batter over the oreo layer and level it with the help of a spatula.
Freeze it for 30 minutes or refrigerate for 2 hours.
Finally pour over the chocolate ganache on top and refrigerate for another 30 minutes.
Garnish the No-bake peanut butter cheesecake with some chopped almonds and serve.
