No-Bake Protein Bars | No Added Sugar | Dates & Nuts Protein Bars

Healthy snacking is definitely a thing if you know exactly what to eat! Working for long hours makes us munch even more, so here is a quick and easy recipe for no-bake protein bars that are healthy, nutritious and tempting too!


Makes 10-12 bars

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups dates, pitted

  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder

  • 1/2 cup almonds

  • 1/2 cup cashew nuts

  • 3/4 cup desiccated coconut

  • 1 tbsp sprinklers, for garnish

  • 1 tbsp pistachio shreds, for garnish

  • 1 tbsp desiccated coconut, for garnish

  • 1 tbsp choco chips, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a grinder, add all the ingredients and grind them to a smooth and sticky batter.

  2. Take small portions of the batter to form bars or balls.

  3. Roll them over your favourite toppings and they are ready to be eaten!

  4. You can store your no-bake protein bars in the refrigerator for a week in a air-tight container.

Per Serving: 106 calories; 4.1 g fat; 16.5 g carbohydrates; 1.0 g protein; 1.4 g fibre.
