Ingredients
2 packet oreo biscuits, crushed
1 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup milk
3 tbsp nutella
1/2 packet oreo biscuits, for topping
2 tbsp sprinklers
1 tsp choco chunks, optional
Oil, for greasing
Instructions
Firstly, grind 2 packets of crushed Oreo biscuits to a fine powder.
To it add baking powder and milk to form a batter. Add some choco chunks in it if desired.
Preheat the oven or OTG (Mode: FAN + UPPER ROD + LOWER ROD) at 200*C for 15 minutes.
Now grease your baking dish or mould with milk and place a butter paper and grease it too.
Pour the batter in and place it in the oven or OTG at 180*C for 30-35 minutes.
Insert a toothpick to check if its baked well.
Allow the cake to cool for 10 minutes.
Invert the cake on a dish or plate.
Now on its top side put Nutella and spread it evenly. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Using a cookie cutter, sprinkle some sprinklers in the desired shape over the cake.
Now take the rest of the Oreos and break them into halves and place along the sides of the cake.
Your delicious Oreo cake is ready!
