Overloaded Veg. Cheese Garlic Bread

Have the cheesiest garlic bread ever with this overloaded veg. cheese garlic bread recipe!

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 12 garlic bread slices

  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter

  • 1 bowl mozzarella cheese, shredded

  • 1 tsp chilli flakes

  • 1 tsp oregano

  • 2-3 green chillies, finely chopped.

  • 1/2 capsicum, finely chopped

  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped

  • 2 tbsp sweet corn

  • 2 tbsp pizza sauce

  • 3 tbsp homemade cheese sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven or OTG at 200˚C for 15 minutes.

  2. Place the garlic bread slices on a baking tray.

  3. Apply some oil or butter on each slice.

  4. Apply pizza sauce on one side of the bread.

  5. To the cheese sauce, add capsicum, onion, green chillies and corn. Mix well.

  6. Apply the vegetable cheese sauce one each slice.

  7. Drizzle each slice with good amount of shredded cheese.

  8. Sprinkle some oregano and chilli flakes on top.

  9. Bake the garlic breads for 15-20 minutes in the middle rack at 180˚C.

  10. Take out the lightly toasted garlic breads.

  11. Serve with tomato ketchup or cheese dip.
