Delicious twist to our regular Palak Paneer with this creamy Palak Corn Recipe.
Serves 4
Ingredients
1 bunch palak or spinach leaves
2 cups milk
2 tsp salt or to taste
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp garlic seasoning
1 tbsp spreadable agar agar
2 tbsp fresh cream
1 inch ginger
1 tbsp sugar
1 cup sweet corn, boiled
Instructions
Blanch palak or spinach leaves in boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Then immediately transfer them to a bowl with ice cold water.
Transfer them to a blender, add ginger piece and blend to a smooth paste.
In a pan, boil milk and add agar agar powder to it. Whisk well to avoid lumps.
Add the spinach puree to it.
Add salt, sugar, black pepper powder and garlic seasoning to it and let it simmer cook on a low flame for 5-7 minutes.
Add in the boiled corn and simmer cook for 5 more minutes.
Finally, add in the cream and take off from the flame.
Enjoy Palak Corn Sabzi with rotis or steamed rice.
