Paneer Tikka Pizza | Cottage Cheese Pizza | Indian Style Pizza



Make 1 Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 pizza base

  • 3 tbsp pizza sauce

  • 1 tsp red chilli flakes

  • 1 tsp oregano

  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese

  • 1 capsicum, cut into cubes

  • 1 onion, cut into slices

  • 1 cup hung curd

  • 1 tsp red chilli powder

  • 1 tsp turmeric powder or haldi

  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder or dhania

  • 1 tsp amchoor or dry mango powder

  • 1 tsp salt or to taste

  • 1/2 tsp jeera or cumin powder

  • 1 cup paneer cubes

  • 1 tsp ginger, grated

  • 1 tsp chaat masala

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, add hung curd and to it add red chilli powder, haldi, dhania, jeera powder, amchoor, salt, chaat masala and grated ginger. Mix well.

  2. Now add the capsicum, onion and paneer cubes and coat them well. Keep side for 30 minutes.

  3. Preheat the oven or OTG at 200˚C for 15 minutes.

  4. To the pizza base, apply some pizza sauce and top it with the marinated paneer tikka.

  5. Garnish with some grated mozzarella cheese, oregano and chilli flakes.

  6. Bake the pizza at 230˚C for 15-20 minutes.

  7. Your delicious Paneer Tikka Pizza is ready to be served.
