My favourite paneer is now on a uttapam! Try out the delicious Paneer Uttapam made with fresh homemade paneer and our favourite veggies!
Makes 2 Uttapam
Ingredients
1 cup dosa batter
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tomato, chopped
1/2 carrot, finely sliced
1/2 capsicum, chopped
1/2 onion, finely sliced
2 green chillies, finely chopped
2 tsp oil
1 cube paneer, chopped
Instructions
In a bowl, add chopped paneer slices. Add some salt and red chilli powder and mix well.
Heat a pan and add 2 tbsp batter and spread it gently.
Apply some oil on both sides of the uttapam.
Add your desired vegetables and paneer on to the uttapam and cook well from both sides using some oil.
Take it out on a plate and serve with sambhar and tomato chutney.
