Pineapple Jam | Homemade | 3 Ingredients Only!

This has to be the easiest and most delicious jam I have ever made and tasted! It was so soft and sweet that we finished it in a day only! Perfect for desserts, toast and pancakes!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup pineapple chunks

  • 3/4 cup sugar

  • 1 lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan. Add pineapple chunks, sugar and lemon juice and allow it to come to a boil.

  2. Simmer and let it cook for 15 minutes till the jam thickens.

  3. Let it cool down and transfer to an air-tight container.

  4. Spread pineapple jam on bread slices and enjoy the delicious pineapple jam.
