Ingredients
12 garlic bread slices
1 tbsp olive oil or butter
1 bowl mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp black pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven or OTG at 200˚C for 15 minutes.
Place the garlic bread slices on a baking tray.
Apply some oil or butter on each slice.
Drizzle each slice with good amount of shredded cheese.
Sprinkle some oregano and chilli flakes on top.
Bake the garlic breads for 15-20 minutes in the middle rack at 180˚C.
Take out the lightly toasted garlic breads and sprinkle some black pepper powder on top.
Serve with tomato ketchup.
